Skin Treatment With Aromatherapy

Skin treatments can be done by inhaling the fragrance of essential oils, which is one way for aromatherapy. Skin treatment with aromatherapy is a safe and effective way to relax the body.
Here are some recipes for making aromatherapy and its uses:
- 1. Use an aromatherapy skin treatment for acne medication: Combine 8 drops of tea tree oil, 6 drops of bergamot, 4 drops of lavender, 0.75 ounces of jojoba oil. Apply on the skin every night and massage around the acne. Blend the recipe with cream for daytime use. Add a few drops of carrot oil mixture.
2. Washing Dry Skin: Combine 10 drops of sandalwood oil, 10 drops bois de rose oil, 10 drops of lavender oil, and 2 tablespoons of avocado.
3. Hair Treatment: Combine 2 drops of rosemary oil, 1 drop of lavender oil, 1 drop bay oil, and 20 ml of olive oil. Apply on the scalp while massaging or it can be also applied to the hair.
4. Reviving Face Mask: Combine 2 drops petit grain oil, 2 drops of lemon oil, 2 drops ylang flower oil, and 20 ml of ice water. Mix with half the crushed almonds to make a paste. Apply as a face mask. Let dry, then rinse.
