The Benefits of Fruits on Facial Skin
One part of the body that really helps your appearance is the face. With a clean and fresh face, you will be more confident. There are many ways to keep the face fresh. One way is with the use of the vitamin content in fruits.
Problems on the face aren’t limited by skin type. There is oily skin, with the characteristics continual oily discharge around the forehead, nose, chin (local term “T”) and cheek –typically at the bottom of the cheekbone. In general, this type of skin is covered with acne easily. For this type the cucumber can help overcome issues. This nutritious fruit smooths and relaxes the skin, helps relieve the pores and remove impurities from the skin. Thus, acne can be prevented. In addition to cucumbers, tomatoes can also help restore the balance of oil on oily skin, so that your facial skin is always fresh and natural.
The second type of facial skin is the dry skin type. Usually the skin looks dull or glossy, sometimes feels tense, flaky and itchy. The pores often appear withered, rough and wrinkled, so you look older than your actual age. Fruit and vegetables, such as the carrot*, is good for this type of skin. Vitamin A in carrots is required for the maintenance of epithelial tissue (tissue that is on the skin surface). The carotene contained in carrots also works to keep the skin moist, slows the occurrence of wrinkles on the face, and makes the face glow. In addition, pineapple fruits can also be an alternative because this fruit contains a substance that functions to minimize the pores so the skin looks smooth.
It will be different with normal skin types. In between the other two types of skin mentioned before, the ideal is a normal skin type. This type of skin is not too oily and not too dry. In addition, the texture is smooth and feels soft to the touch. For this type of skin, an avocado should be your choice. An avocado mask can help care for normal skin types. The high fat content can moisturize the skin and protects the skin from the influence of sunlight.

(Tips: boil vegetables to ensure you receive the proper vitamins from the vegetables before eating the vegetables. Boil in water with salt to taste and add a little sugar. Sugar is useful for keeping the vitamins present in the vegetables so they aren’t discarded with the cooking water.)
